100 Black Men of Phoenix

The Work of The 100

Through its focus on mentorship across a lifetime, 100 Black Men of Phoenix prepare young men and women to realize their highest potential, by creating viable solutions to address local and national issues affecting African American communities.

Our Motto

“What They See Is What They’ll Be” is more than a motto. It is a source of motivation for all members in our 100 Black Men chapter network. Additionally, our motto serves as a constant reminder that we must consistently commit ourselves to personifying the type of people our children will look up to and emulate. We fully embrace the immense responsibility we have to our mentees and our communities.

Four For The Future

The 100 Black Men of Phoenix (The 100) improves the quality of life for the communities we serve. The 100 has a successful model that is a proven blueprint for youth development, mentoring, and developing young people into future leaders.  Peer-to-peer mentoring and group mentoring is inclusive of middle school, high school, college.  Our four programmatic pillars: Leadership Development, Education, Health and Wellness, and Economic Empowerment.
